Yes, people, it's exactly what it sounds like. Phone Swap was one of the first Snapchat stories to transition from a mobile format to an actual television series. Fox Television Station made and signed a deal for a version of the Snapchat reality dating show. This show aired for a short period of time on Fox stations over 2018's summer. The two years old show seems to be making a comeback!
So this is how Phone Swap worked. Complete strangers with the intent of wanting more - will meet and trade phones to see what they discover about one another. After they've traded and shared their private content, they would then decide if they would want to pursue a first date.
In each 30 minute episode, three willing contestants agree to go on blind dates. But what they don't actually know is that their phones were to be dissected and inspected by the other. The audience witnessed all the real and raw reactions of the contestants who had unrestricted access to each other's phones.
We don't want to ruin the surprise of what happened throughout the show. If you haven't watched it, GO, GO, GO!
