The Kardashians have access to the best of the best when it comes to fashion, beauty, and skincare. So obviously, when Kourtney Kardashian's facialist spills the tea on some of her favorite ways to care for the skin at home, we're gonna listen closely. Here's what Candice Miele of Candice Miele Skincare revealed...

The first step Miele shared was steaming our faces. While it sounds like something that only happens in an esthetician's room, it's actually easier to do at home than we would think. Plus, it gives great benefits to our face, so why not invest in an at-home one that can be used often? And trust us, you'll get your best bang for your buck. The celebrity facialist advised, "This beautiful and easy step will help to promote circulation of the skin and also softens the sebum in the skin, making it easier to clean out your pores."

A second tool that could be worth getting for your skincare routine is an exfoliating skin spatula. Or just a really good chemical exfoliator to ensure new layers of fresh skin are always coming to the surface of our skin barrier. Miele explained, "This is one of my favorite things to do for myself and for my clients! Getting off all the dead, dry layers of skin really helps to boost radiance and help with product penetration." She added, "You can exfoliate with a scrub or a product that contains acids, such as lactic or glycolic. Always make sure to ask a professional which one is right for your skin type."

We all know how much Kourtney loves her LED red light mask, so obviously, the person who is in charge of keeping her skin healthy and glowy is also a big fan. "This can be a life saver! Blue light is a great way to keep breakouts at bay and help with any that may pop up throughout the month when you can't get to your facialist. Red light therapy is great for rebuilding collagen and helps to target fine lines. One of my favorites is the DMH Light Shield Mask." Check our Miele's Instagram for more game-changing tips!
