Billie's message was aimed at those who seem to think it's okay to shame or judge her body, how she dresses and what she should wear.

In the video, she can be seen purposely removes her clothes slowly while her voice-over says, "I can feel your stares, your disapproval." While the undressing is still occurring, her voice-over outlines the unlikelihood of pleasing everyone as a young female artist. The crowd screamed and encouraged her all the while!
