Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have officially tied the knot! On June 9, Spears and her new hubby walked down the aisle, surrounded by friends and family in an intimate wedding ceremony. Safe to say, it was an event to remember! Here's what you missed.
For those who forgot - the pop star met Asghari back in October of 2016 on set during her Slumber Party music video when the actor and fitness expert was cast as her main man, and well, the rest was history. The two became Instagram official on New Year's Day 2017 and are often seen together on Instagram in workout and dance videos. Fast forward a couple of years, and Sam proposed to Britney in September of 2021 with a stunning 4-carat diamond engraved with the word "Lioness," his nickname for Britney.
The beautiful ceremony took place in their home, produced by celebrity event planner Jeffrey Best who put together a "warm and feminine" color palette of flowers and decorations for the event. Spears wore a custom off-the-shoulder Versace gown with a slit on one side, a classic white veil, a white choker, and short gloves. Sam also was decked out in Versace. To complete her look, Spears had Charlotte and Sofia Tillbury glam to give her a natural bridal glow look. Oh, and don't forget the 62 carats worth of jewels she had on from Stephanie Gottlieb.

The ceremony was nothing short of a star-studded evening honoring the Princess of Pop and her new husband as they said their "I do's." Madonna, Drew Barrymore, Selena Gomez, Donatella Versace, Paris, and Kathy Hilton, and more were all in attendance (*gasp*). Although there was no official first dance following the nuptials, Selena Gomez, Madonna and Spears all joined forces to dance to Toxic, with Paris and Britney co-singing Stars Are Blind. The evening ended early as the two pulled away in Rolls Royce with a "Just Married" sign attached to the back, as guests surrounded their car with sparklers. Safe to say, post-conservatorship, Brit is living her best life! And that's what we love to hear!
