Consider this a warning, folks: Always double check those messages before you send them out; Especially when they're slightly sappy texts to your significant other. But if by some chance you're not convinced yet? This hilarious exchange will probably do the trick.
With Valentine's Day right around the corner, perhaps it's no surprise that love is, indeed, in the air. But this past week, Bryce Hall's latest romantic gestures were actually met with a whole lot of awkward silence. And something tells us you're going to want to see it for yourself.
It all started when the TikTok star sent out an adorable message to his girlfriend, Addison Rae. Only it wasn't the dancing beauty on the receiving end of the line. Instead? Hall's proud little announcement was sent to his pal, Sway House star, Josh Richards.
"Would officially like to say your welcome to @BryceHall for his new wallpaper," Richards joked on Twitter of their hilarious exchange. That's right, something tells us the hopeless romantic won't be living this one down for a while. But, um, A+ for effort, right?
"I knew as soon as I sent that it was over," Hall laughed about his little mistake. On the bright side, at least we gained a life-lesson in the process: "Always check the person you’re texting before you send a simp text," as the Sway House star put it. Consider us convinced. Though we can't help but wonder how Addison feels about it...
This isn't the first time her smitten beau has taken to the keyboard to gush about (well, at least try to) their love life. "So this is our second time dating, ever. This is gonna be really interesting to see where this goes," Bryce revealed on YouTube after finally making it official in October.
Of course, ever since then, the two have been pretty busy. When they're not busy locking lips on Instagram you can catch the TikTok stars lip-syncing on their old stomping grounds. And something tells us they're not slowing down anytime soon.
