It's been almost a month since the season 2 finale of Too Hot to Handle came out, and since then our headlines have been dominated by these former heartbreakers and their new relationships. So it's about time we catch up with the blonde lovebirds, Carly and Joey.
Compared to other duos like Cam and Emily who (while filled with ups and downs) got together early on in the season. Joey came late but made up for the lost time in swooping Carly off her feet. And it seems as though they haven't slowed down since leaving the retreat. From making it official to future plans, here's everything we know. The couple made their Insta debut later in July, but the romance went waaaay back. According to Elle Australia, Carly joined her new boo in his hometown of Miami after the show ended in 2020. And in the months that followed, she had frequent geotags scattered on her Insta that pinned her in the 786. But now that the secret's out, there's no hiding their love.
In just around a month, they've been photographed at the Versace Mansion, a red carpet event, and living it up in Los Angeles. Even with all the bae time, they've still made room for catching up with their pals from the series, including Melinda. And, they appeared in Harry Jowsey's podcast to chat about how their romance is going on the outside.
But apparently, the PDA and public appearances weren't enough for these two lovebirds. So they decided to take it to the next level with something permanent: ink! The two headed down to a Miami tattoo parlor to seal the deal and got matching flames tattooed on their pinkies. "Said he'd never get a tattoo ... or a girlfriend. Must be doing something right," Carly wrote in her Instagram caption. And Joey had a lil something to say as well. "Well... my Mom isn't happy about this one but my girlfriend is," the boo-d up social media celeb shared. Well, it seems like these two are in it for the long haul and we couldn't be happier to see it!
