Chrissy is back with another honest update on the Gram. It's no secret the Hollywood icon has been struggling with her mental health ever since facing some tough accusations and admitting she used to be "a troll" online. Now, Teigen is opening up (again) about how she's dealing with those difficulties. Here are all of the details.
The Lip Sync Battle host and hubby John Legend recently made their way to Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts for former President Barack Obama's 60th birthday bash, making the exclusive list of "family and close friends" who were invited to the party. They weren't the only A-listers to make the cut; with Dwayne Wade, Gabrielle Union, and Beyoncé amongst those in attendance, we've been feeling some major FOMO. But that star-studded guest list isn't the only thing that's got our attention.

Chrissy has since taken to the Gram with some gorgeous pre-party shots. And while we love seeing the Cravings author and her partner in crime all glammed up (and their adorable puppy, too, obviously), it's Teigen's caption that really caught our eye. We've been wondering how the supermodel's been doing ever since that honest-as-can-be Insta post in July, where she admitted, "There is no winning" once you're in the cancel club. And now, we've got some answers.
The mom-of-two said she's been going to therapy twice a week - but that latest Instagram post has the starlet thinking about upping her therapy game. "Really struggled with which one to put first in the carousel, for truly so long that I realized I am happy I'm in twice weekly therapy and perhaps let's bump it to three," Chrissy wrote alongside the beautiful shots.
There's no shame in Teigen's therapy game - just as it should be! Fans were quick to show their support and appreciation for Chrissy's realness about mental health struggles and what she does to deal with them. "Love your raw honesty about struggling even though you are gorgeous, wealthy and a successful business owner," wrote one user along with a heart emoji. Retweet!
Chrissy previously opened up about some other things she's implementing in her self-care routine, including "trying to discover more of Los Angeles" and "doing new things whether that is simply being a passenger in a friend's car or visiting a pond." We love to hear it.
