Dixie D'Amelio just released her latest music video, for the song One Whole Day, featuring another music icon. D'Amelio collaborated with Wiz Khalifa, proving that TikTok was indeed just the beginning for this rising star.
Wiz isn't the only famous face in the video; Dixie's also joined by some of her fellow TikTok stars, including Charli D'Amelio, Noah Beck, and more. It takes place in a diner, where Dixie meets up with Wiz and then sits down with other customers, who happen to be her friends.
"One Whole Day is a bit of a song of empowerment and speaks to just being yourself, getting over things quickly, and not dwelling on the past," Dixie revealed. "It's about changing how you talk about things. When you're singing a sad song, it doesn't need to be sad music." Based on the lyrics, many have suspected the song refers to her previous relationship with Griffin Johnson.
D'Amelio released a teaser for the video earlier last week but eventually deleted it because of the mixed feedback she received. However, she was extremely excited to reveal the finished product to her fans, as she's proven to climb up the music industry's ladder.
Dixie first launched her music career back in June when she released her hit single, Be Happy, which she wrote with Grammy-nominated songwriter Billy Mann. "The combination of her vibrant, excited, and engaged audience in the millions, and the song's authentic message that's reflective of the times, made for a really good alchemy to success," Mann explained.

"I always loved singing, but I gave it up once I got to high school," Dixie revealed. "And then, once this whole TikTok thing started, I was like, 'Why not try it again?" So, that's precisely what she did, and chances are, the young artist has a lot more in store in the future!
