Hilary Duff Makes a 'Crazy Change' To Her Hair During the Final Stretch of Her Pregnancy

As Hilary Duff prepares to welcome her third child into the world, she's decided to make a drastic change to her appearance, and we absolutely love it! If you haven't already seen on her Instagram page, the actress made a last-minute decision to dye her hair bright blue. Duff and her talented team of stylists spent an entire day transforming her gorgeous locks from blonde to blue.

Duff's stylist, Nikki Lee, shared some insight about the sudden change. "Hilary is no stranger to a fun hair color. She colored her own hair teal during lockdown," Lee revealed. "This mix of blues just hit different on her though... To be pregnant and rock this color with so much confidence is everything!" Could this mean the actress is having a baby boy?!

Well, Hilary wants all of her fans to know that the new blue hair does not signify anything about the gender of the baby. As a matter of fact, she and her husband, Matthew Kona, have chosen not to find out the baby's sex until he or she is born. "We had a gender reveal with Banks, and it was such a fun memory," she said. But for her third baby, Duff decided to let it be a surprise.

Hilary first revealed that she's expecting another child back in October. "We are growing!!! Mostly me," she shared on Instagram. Duff has been relatively open about life as a working mom over the years. "Having kids changes everything. Life's not really about you anymore," she shared. "Having kids has taught me unbelievable patience and brought immense joy to my life."

"Just like you, I'm juggling a million things a day," Duff continued. "Sometimes my head is spinning, and I truly have NO idea what's going on." But ultimately, the Lizzie McGuire star is extremely grateful for her two beautiful children and couldn't be more excited to meet her third. We can't wait to see what the future has in store for Hilary and Matthew, and of course, we're excited to see what other changes Duff makes to her hair!
