The singer was destined for stardom. Her dad is country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, her mother, Tish Cyrus, is a music producer, and her godmother is the legendary Dolly Parton. Cyrus has been at the top for a while now - and let's be real, everyone can still sing the entire Hannah Montana theme without skipping a beat. 

52. Camila Cabello

This Cuban-born, Miami-raised singer has definitely earned her spot on the It Girl list. Camila Cabello was one-fifth of the girl group Fifth Harmony, which dominated the charts with hits like Work from Home and Worth It. Then, she released her solo album, and the rest is history, as they say. 

Cabello has been at the top of her game ever since. The Havana singer made her acting debut in an adaptation of Cinderella, where she played the famous princess. Our next It Girl makes us want to catch a flight to Paris, grab a croissant and go on a nonstop shopping spree! Emily in Paris actress Lily Collins has been turning heads for years - and it isn't just because she is the daughter of legendary rockstar Phil Collins.

Collins has been carving her own unique path in Hollywood. From her first role in The Blind Side with Sandra Bullock to being nominated for a Golden Globe, she has earned her spot as a Hollywood It Girl. How does she do it all?
