Kate Moss has been strutting her stuff down the runway for years, but it looks like she has some new competition. On January 27th, Kate and her daughter, Lila, walked their first runway together in the Fendi show at Haute Couture Fashion Week in Paris.
Kate and Lila both looked exquisite as they proved to be an unstoppable mother-daughter duo. Kate wore a metallic teal gown with stunning jewel embellishments, and she went with a simple face of makeup to show off her natural beauty.
Lila looked just as incredible as her famous mother, taking the runway in a pearl-beaded gown with a floor-length cape. The sheer dress was draped over an off-white bodysuit, paired with knee-high boots, and she absolutely killed it! At just 18-years-old, Lila is certainly following in her mother's footsteps.
Both Moss ladies modeled British designer Kim Jones' pieces, as he presented his very first Fendi couture collection. And clearly, the night was a success! Following the show, the pair showcased their gorgeous gowns in a socially-distant glass box to give audience members a closer look at the impeccable designs.
Lila recently made her runway debut at the Miu Miu Spring 2021 fashion show in October. She landed her first campaign in October of 2019 with Marc Jacobs Beauty and has been on the rise ever since. Kate's exceptionally proud of what her daughter has accomplished in her modeling career thus far and told British Vogue that it was "so emotional seeing Lila on the runway" after one of her first shows.
"Well, it wasn't emotional - I was really nervous for her," Moss added. "When she came out, we were like, 'She's doing it! She's doing it!' Yeah, I was really proud." And it seems like Kate had nothing to worry about, after all! This might've been Kate and Lila's first time walking the catwalk together, but something tells us it won't be the last.
