Things haven't been easy for our girl Khloe Kardashian over the past year - in fact, the past few years, if we're being totally honest. From public cheating scandals to backlash on social media, the 37-year-old media personality has definitely tasted the dark side of fame and has become increasingly closed off over the years. And thanks to a recent interview, we now know why...
For OG Kardashian followers, we'll remember that there was a point when we saw Khloe quite a bit on talk shows, but that has seriously diminished over the years. "I used to really enjoy doing interviews, and I would think it's fun," the youngest of the Kardashian sisters confessed during a rare appearance on Hot Ones. But the tide has seriously changed. "I'm always more dreading - not the interview... It's the aftermath of what's gonna come, who's gonna chop this up and make this into something that it wasn't supposed to be," she continued to explain. "It makes [interviews] so thought out and premeditated, and to me - I don't like to overthink things too much. I just wanna have a natural flow and enjoy the conversation."
But that's not all - the increasing hate that Khloe has felt subjected to - both from interviews and just her regular day-to-day life - has resulted in some serious mental health struggles for the mom of one. In this season of Hulu's The Kardashians, we heard Koko explain just how serious of a problem it had become, confiding in Malika that she was taking beta-blockers to combat the mounting anxiety she had. However, luckily, it seemed as though the Hot Ones experience had chopped up to be a positive one. The comments section was filled with praise for Kardashian's bravery and honesty about the situation. "Watching this made her seem much more like a real person, major props to her for doing it and crushing it!" one user commented.
