It has officially been announced that Khloe Kardashian will be expecting a second baby with Tristan Thompson! And while fans are extremely happy for Koko, the unexpected news has already taken the internet by storm following the (countless?) cheating scandals that her baby daddy has been involved in. According to People magazine, the baby was conceived in November via surrogate. "Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing," a source told the news outlet. "We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family." Ever since Tristan came clean about cheating on Khloe, the two have gone their separate ways. In December, just one month after the surrogate was impregnated, news broke that he had gotten yet another woman, Maralee Nichols, pregnant. It's been said that Khloe and Tristen currently only speak to one another when needed to co-parent their 4-year-old daughter True.
The news of the baby has left fans buzzing for Khloe, especially since she has opened up about her struggles with conceiving in the past. In March 2021, the youngest Kardashian sister confessed on the premium episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians' final season how hard it was for her to get pregnant. Her doctors told her that it would be a "high-risk pregnancy" if she carried her own child. The 38-year-old then spoke to her older sister Kim Kardashian about using a surrogate. Clearly, she was a good person to seek advice from since Kimmy herself has used a surrogate for her two youngest kids!

"I'm not gonna get into specifics on-camera," she said in the episode, "but they said it's like an 80-something% chance that I will miscarry. I almost miscarried with True at the beginning. But I didn't know that was like a lingering thing," Khloe shared. "This is all really shocking to me. All I'm trying to do is bring more love into my life and into my family, and I just seem to be running into more and more roadblocks. It's really hard for me to digest." Kim responded, "You know what giving birth feels like. I always say if you can do it, it's such an amazing experience, but you'll see that the love you'll have for your kids is exactly the same.
