Ever since her face first graced our screens back in ’06, it’s been met with lots of speculation. Of course, we’re talking about the plastic surgery rumors Khloé still can’t seem to get away from. Here’s what the reality star had to say about the painful accusations and the insecurities that followed…
On June 20, the Good American founder took a spot in the hot seat for part 2 of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion. Of course, it wasn't long before host Andy Cohen asked the one question on seemingly everybody's mind these days: KoKo's alleged transformation. "Everybody says, ‘Oh, my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!" Kardashian explained.
But what has the youngest Kardashian sister really had done - if anything? "I’ve had one nose job," the reality-star confessed. She's also dabbled with injections but is officially no longer a fan. "I've responded horribly to Botox," Khloé added.
But despite spilling the tea with Andy Cohen, things weren't always so out in the open. Well, at least according to the comments section on KoKo's Instagram feed. "Everybody gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? Nobody’s ever asked me," she assured of the endless speculation about her looks.
Unfortunately, despite the confidence she radiates from our TV screens, Kardashian's been battling lots of inner demons thanks to her time on Keeping Up. "I became hard on myself because I was like, 'Oh, this is how other people perceived me,'" she admitted. "I became insecure because of everyone else telling me."
But despite the critical comments and crippling insecurities her time in the spotlight has been met with over the years, Khloé won't be going anywhere anytime soon. And perhaps we could all learn a thing or two from her. "I take that criticism to use as motivation to get myself in the best shape of my life and to even help others with the same struggles," she proudly revealed. Excuse us while we go reach for the Kleenex.
