Million Dollar Neighbors: Khloe and Kris's Side By Side Properties Come in at $37 Million

Looks like mom and daughter duo Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian are about to be closer than ever. As many know, the reality stars purchased neighboring properties back in 2020, but what remained unclear was the price tag for these mega-mansions.
Fans of Keeping Up with the Kardashians have watched the drama-filled antics as the eldest sisters became mothers and new partners were added to the mix. For the past 20 seasons, between New York, Los Angeles and beyond, these A-list celebrities have proven that even with all the fame, family was the only thing that mattered at the end of the day. And what better way to show a little family love than splurging on side-by-side properties?
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the next-door properties share a whopping 26,000 square feet of living space... Down for a roomie, Koko? No doubt Khloe wanted more space, as she hoped that more kids are in her future. Tucked away in the family's go-to neighborhood of choice, Hidden Hills, the San Fernando Valley gated community proved to be the perfect place for Khloe and Kris to call home. While still incomplete, we weren't surprised to learn what lavish amenities have been confirmed so far: oversized pools and cabanas, anyone? Designed in the modern farmhouse style, these homes promised a level of glam we have come to expect for the Kardashian ladies.
And of course, all things fabulous come with a cost, right? Well, consider these price tags a little on the extravagant side... Kris' property came in at a cool $20 million and Khloe's rang in at $17 million. But what's $37 mil for the queens of Hollywood? Money has never been a problem for these business moguls, as their latest business moves with brands including Good American and Get Safely have paid off in a big way. Khloe and the ultimate Momager have definitely earned a place in San Fernando Valley history with their major purchases.
