For many years the Kardashian family has been slammed for setting unrealistic beauty standards for fans all over the world. With every "perfectly" filtered, cropped, and edited photo, more and more users are confused about what's real and what's not. But let's face it, these icons have the ability to get basically any product, personal trainer, personal chef, and cosmetic procedure on the market. So when Kimmy recently said that her beauty treatments are "attainable" fans got pretty upset. Here's what went down.

During a recent interview with Allure magazine, the SKIMS founder was asked if she feels "responsible, even guilty, for setting an unrealistic, unattainable beauty standard." Her reply? "If I'm doing it, it's attainable." Kardashian went on to explain, "There are so many different beauty standards - whether it's Gwen Stefani, Jennifer Lopez, Marilyn Monroe. When I was a teenager, [the look] was just blonde waifs. My mentality was never like, you see them on T.V. or in magazines and pick who you want to be. It was always: Be yourself, find beauty in everything."

As the questions went on, the reality star was also asked about what types of cosmetic surgery she's done to achieve her ageless features! Kim confessed that she's only ever gotten Botox. She added that she's never used any type lip or cheek filler. "I really, genuinely care about looking good," Kim added. "I probably care more than 90% of the people on this planet. It's not easy when you're a mom, and you're exhausted at the end of the day, or you're in school, and I'm all of the above. I do my beauty treatments usually late at night. After everyone's in bed, I'm doing laser treatments."

Fans instantly started criticizing Kim for claiming that her beauty standards are accessible to all. Many called her "out of touch" and "delusional." While others said that she had probably forgotten her "wealth privilege" when talking about her at-home laser treatments. "Attainable my arse. Only for those in her air bubble. And rich celebrity types similarly wrapped up in their own worlds," one individual tweeted. "Laser treatments when her kids are in bed? Lol, I barely have time for a shower a day as a mother & carer." Check out the rest of Kim's controversial interview here
