Here's What Kim Kardashian Considers the "Biggest Mystery" of KUWTK

In a recent interview, Kim Kardashian opened up about what lessons the last year has taught her, KUWTK coming to an end, and what she calls the "biggest mystery" of the show. Read on for all of the details.

During an interview with Good Morning Vogue, Kardashian talked about some of the lessons she's learned since last March when the world as we knew it changed. "I think that this year has been so challenging for so many people, but I also think that this year was a huge cleanse and just a huge opportunity for people to really be grateful for the simple things," Kim said. "That is a huge, I think, awakening that so many people had and just who you want to spend your time with, the people that you'll allow into your home."

The reality TV star also expressed gratitude at the opportunity to spend so much quality time with her four kids. "The amount of time that I know me and all my parent friends have spent with our children has been so beautiful," she shared. "I think it's been a time to regenerate, get creative, spend so much time with family, and just this time that I've been able to spend with my children has been priceless."

And while the final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians will begin airing this week, Kim has plenty of plans for the future beyond reality television. The beauty mogul explained she still has two more years of law school, more cases coming up, and a new Spotify podcast with Lori Rothschild Ansaldi, an executive producer and CEO at Big City TV.

To top it all off, Kardashian has her eyes set on a tough mission: abolishing the death penalty. She said doing so is "so high up my list" of goals. But the SKIMS founder added that while she has a long to-do list for the upcoming year, the pandemic taught her the importance of taking a pause. "When we do start to fill our plates back up, I hope that we don't fill them up with things that don't make us happy," Kim said. "I used to work non-stop, and I would have done anything and everything at all hours and never taken into consideration just slowing down at all."

But perhaps the best part of the interview was when the Hollywood icon revealed KUWTK's biggest riddle. "We have no idea what happened to our voices," laughed Kim. "We have completely different voices." The starlet added that it's "The biggest mystery to me and my sisters... It's the thing that has us absolutely blown away." It's not the first time Kim addresses the confusing transformation. She's hilariously tweeted about it on more than one occasion. Weird voice change or not, the Kardashians will always be the royal family of reality television.
