Another day, another Kardashian headline - but this time, it's no Pete-Kim-Kanye drama... No, today the spotlight is on Kourtney and the major beef she has with the production team of her family's reality TV show! And lucky for us, we got an unfiltered look at just how unimpressed she really is.
It all started back in October when Kourtney said "yes" to Travis Barker in a filmed proposal that was later aired as part of Hulu's coverage of the A-lister family. But in classic Kardashian fashion, the celebratory occasion wasn't without the drama, with Kourt's mom and sisters quick to bring up Scott and his feelings about the proposal. For fans of the former reality show KUWTK, Disick drama came as no surprise as we've become accustomed to the highs and lows of his and Kourtney's relationship. For viewers at home, Kourtney and Travis's engagement night seemed to be quite the heated affair thanks to all the buzz around Scott - but in the recently aired episode, Kourtney had to set the record straight - and she wasn't happy about it.
According to the Poosh founder, the footage was seriously edited to focus solely on Scott rather than the happy couple. "We film and have the best time ever, and then we've been watching the edits, and we're just so annoyed because they're swirling us in with this drama," Kourt vented to Steph Shep. "Especially when I saw my engagement episode. Editors or whoever [are] taking it as, 'Let's take Kourtney. She's the chosen one to be the drama.'" And in Kourt's eyes, it couldn't be farther from the truth. "I am in one of the best places I've ever been in my life, and it's time for our show to catch up," she said. The mom of three wasn't impressed with the final edit, which missed out on an "empowering" story of "getting out of toxic relationships and really having this fairytale love story."
