You know the drill, you guys... Another day, another Kar-Jenner related headline. But for now, we get a little break from Kim's love triangle or Kylie's unnamed baby boy, and we're switching gears to the OG momager, Kris Jenner. However, unfortunately for Kris, people online aren't exactly happy with her. And here's why.
It all started when The Kardashians aired footage of Kris and Khloé visiting New York in the lead-up to Kim's Saturday Night Live debut back in October of 2021. The clip showed the mom and daughter duo in a large vehicle being driven around the streets by a chauffeur. Deciding she needed to talk to her daughter alone, she asked the driver to "leave [them] alone for five minutes" so that she could tell Khloé about Travis Barker's engagement plans. Clearly, secrecy was the number one priority for Kris, as she started yelling "Close the trunk!" at the driver so that there was no chance he could eavesdrop. Even Khloé was catching onto her mom's less-than-polite behavior, saying, "you're yelling at a f****** guy," only to be cut off by Kris's continued yelling.
Khloé tried to undo her mother's mess by speaking more politely to their driver, throwing in some much-needed "pleases" and "thank yous." "It's not what you say, it's how you say it," Khloé explained to her mom, but Kris didn't seem to pay much attention. Aaaaand cue the internet's reaction. Folks on social media weren't happy with the momager's behavior. "Her privilege just jumped out," one user wrote on Twitter, with another adding, "Just because you have money doesn't mean you get to forget how to talk to people."

While Kris came out with a less-than-favorable reputation from the scene, Khloé at least got some praise for her manners and decorum. "For all the s*** she gets, she's always been the most down to Earth," @seanmcbay_ tweeted. Don't mind us, we'll be waiting to see if Kris makes some kind of public apology... In the meantime, stay tuned for more tea.
