One of Hollywood's most in-demand actresses is officially off the market! Kristen Stewart got engaged to her partner, and we've got all the details about this #relationshipgoals chapter in her life.
The 31-year-old actress shared the good news on her recent appearance on The Howard Stern Show on November 1st. And while the visit with the radio host was meant to focus on her upcoming role in the movie Spencer, Stewart couldn't help but gush about the next step that she took with her partner of two years, Dylan Meyer. "We're marrying," Kristen shared excitedly. "We're totally gonna do it." But that wasn't all.
Kristen also had some loving words to share with her bae, who made her dreams come true with her ideal proposal. "I wanted to be proposed to," Stewart explained to Howard. "So I think I very distinctly carved out what I wanted, and she nailed it." It was the perfect celebration to commemorate the new journey she and Dylan were about to take together. While having dated for roughly two years, the two lovebirds actually met six years prior and maintained a special friendship in the lead-up to their romance.
Stewart had previously spoken on The Howard Stern show to rehash some of the rumors surrounding her four-year relationship with her Twilight co-star and ex-boyfriend, Robert Pattinson. "That was my first [love]," the actress confessed to her host. And while they had never taken the next step to start planning a wedding together, Kristen definitely saw a future with Robert at the time. "I don't know. I'm not a super-duper traditionalist, but at the same time, like yeah," the actress explained of her romantic mind. "I've never really been the most casual person." But it was clear that Kristen had learned from her past mistakes with Pattinson and carried that wisdom into her new relationship with Dylan. Most importantly, Stewart and Dylan prioritized privacy for the sake of their sanity.
We're wishing these two fiancés nothing but the best! Stay tuned for more details on what will surely be a wedding to remember.
