Lea Michele is getting real and honest! She’s reflecting on her past drama to learn from it all. Her revelations are spilling out like hot tea - make sure you get your mug ready because there's plenty up for grabs. Keep scrolling for all juicy deets...

Lea Michele is not one to back down from a challenge. Known for her competitive and fiery persona, she didn't hesitate when it came to standing up for herself after rumors of her mean-girl behavior on set started circulating. She faced them head-on and shaded no light when opening up to Interview magazine, discussing how the past two years have been key for her own self-reflection. Michele shared, "I think these past two years have been so important for everybody to just sit back and reflect... I did a lot of personal reach-outs." It seems that Lea got to a point where she put her pride aside and faced the facts. While many co-stars claimed she was far from friendly on set during filming, it was in her power to make things right as we enter a new year. A fresh start for Lea!

She continued to express to Interview, "The most important thing was for everybody to just take a step back... More than anything, I'm so grateful to have this opportunity to apply the things that I've learned over the past ten-plus years in a positive way. What I told myself stepping into Funny Girl was, 'If I can't take my role as a leader offstage as important as my role as a leader onstage, then I shouldn't do this show.' Because that was always a struggle for me." Lea really has been on the grind for the past decade, and it's total #GirlBoss goals seeing her take a step back so she can fully embrace her opportunities. While being a wife and a mother, she knows the pressure and responsibility that comes with her role, but she strongly believes that the same amount of energy she puts into being an amazing leader onstage should be applied offstage as well. Taking control of your destiny is inspiring - and Lea is such an example of how life's journey may have its ups and downs, but at the end of the day, happiness will always come full circle.

It looks like the Glee drama is finally becoming a thing of the past. While Michele opened up about finding some much-needed peace and positivity, her inspiring words remind us that no matter how tough something seems at first glance, it's all about living, right?
