Lisa Rinna Shades Her Daughter's Romance With Scott Disick
| LAST UPDATE 08/30/2021
Ever wondered how a mom would feel if her youngest daughter began dating a man almost 20 (yes, 20) years older? Just ask Lisa Rinna. The reality-star had no problem making her feelings known of daughter Amelia's relationship in a recent episode of RHOBH. Here's what she had to say.
In a recent episode of RHOBH, Lisa Rinna made it known that she doesn’t exactly approve of her daughter, Amelia Hamlin’s relationship with Scott Disick. (In case you forgot, Amelia just turned 20 while her current beau is 37.) During the episode, Lisa Rinna was showing her two daughters, Delilah and Amelia, her vintage wedding items when the family got into a heated discussion regarding their dating lives.

Harry Hamlin, Delilah and Amelia’s father, made it clear that he would not object if their oldest daughter Delilah and her boyfriend, Eyal Booker, got married. However, he didn't share those same feelings when it came to his youngest daughter, Amelia’s relationship with Scott Disick: "I can’t say the same for Amelia at this point now," he shaded. Ouch.
But Lisa Rinna agreed with her husband's disapproval of their daughter's relationship. "Like, why can’t it be Harry Styles? Why the **** is it Scott Disick?" she added. Luckily, Amelia - who has been dating Scott since October 2020 - doesn't seem to be too bothered by her parents' disapproval as she frequently flaunts her relationship with Disick on the 'gram.
In fact, back in December 2020, after she first announced her relationship with Scott, Amelia hit back by saying that people who criticized her for their age gap were "extra weird and judgmental people." But when it comes to her concerned momma? It appears Lisa’s concerns come from a place of love. As Rinna confessed, she fears Amelia is never getting married if she’s with Scott Disick. In a prior episode of RHOBH, Lisa explained, "It’s a what the **** moment. You’re like, ‘What the ****?’ She’s 19. He’s 37 with three kids... We’re thinking it’s a phase, right?" Safe to say, only time will tell.
Stay tuned.
