Hot off her three Grammy wins and a hit collab with Maroon 5, Megan Thee Stallion is making it a priority to give back. The artist announced earlier this month that she is partnering with Fashion Nova for their Women on Top movement, a "new female empowerment initiative that will give away $1 million in grants and scholarships over the course of this month," as Meg explained.

So far, the Body singer has announced three recipients of the generous grants: $25,000 to Texas Southern University for scholarships for women at the college of pharmacy and health sciences, $100,000 to the Breonna Taylor Foundation, and - most recently - $50,000 to Asian Americans Advancing Justice. "I am heartbroken by the loss of eight individuals taken from their families on March 16 in a senseless, violent attack," Meg said of the latest contribution, adding that the donation was "To honor the memory of these victims."

In a recent interview with E! News, Thee Stallion opened up about why she's motivated by the philanthropic efforts. "I grew up with very strong women around me, who instilled the importance of giving back," the Grammy-winner explained. "I realize I am in a unique position to use my voice to amplify causes that are important to me."

The WAP rapper continued, "When Fashion Nova approached me about their Women on Top Initiative, I couldn't have been more thrilled. Giving out a million dollars is a big deal! These grants are going to change lives." Besides focusing on music and charitable work, Megan is also busy studying for her bachelor's degree in health administration. Yup, she's unstoppable.

"I have always dreamt of opening an elder care facility to help the elderly. I can't wait to get with my classmates and put everyone to work helping our grandparents," The Stallion told E! So how does Meg manage the heavy workload, from a rocketing career to hitting the books? "I juggle it all with my great team, and I have really great time management. It is also really important to take time for what is important." The singer isn't the only Hollywood star giving back - actress Lauren London has also partnered with the Fashion Nova team for their Women on Top Initiative.
