Kourtney and Kim's Placenta Prank
Dinner is served! Upon doing some research while Kim was pregnant with North, she found out that eating one's placenta is considered "the perfect post-pardon superfood." When sharing the information with her family, only Kourtney agreed that she would too try it. Still, everyone else was instantly disgusted by the thought.
So, Kourt and Kim decided to prank their family by serving them a plate of placenta for dinner! After biting into the unknown meat, Kim joked to her family, "So, I guess you guys really didn't like the way placenta tastes." Things were feeling tense at the dinner table, but after a few days, they revealed it was just a brisket!
Kris Jenner Buys Kylie a Pig
This family is always full of surprises, aren't they? During one of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians episodes, Kris comes home one day with an unexpected gift for Kylie. Kris bought her daughter a baby pig, but when Kylie comes down the stairs and sees her mom holding it, she can't immediately see what it is.
So, Kylie excitedly asked Kris, "Is that a chicken?" before Kris told her no, it was actually a pig! Regardless, Kylie was happy with the answer. After handing over the pig, Kris originally named Wilbur, Kylie starts laughing, calling Kris "crazy" for bringing home a farm animal!
Khloe Marries Lamar Odom
It's been over a decade since Khloe and Lamar Odom tied the knot, but the ceremony remains one of the most beautiful moments in Keeping Up With the Kardashians history. The former NBA player and Khloe wed after just a month of dating back in 2009.
After four years of marriage, Khloe filed for divorce from the previous Lakers star. The couple's divorce was delayed after Odom was found unconscious in 2015, but by 2016 they were legally divorced. Years later, Lamar still calls Khloe the love of his life, publically sharing that he hopes for another chance with his ex.
Kris' Allergic Reaction
Kris Jenner had the first glance at lip fillers before anyone else in the family! Well, not really. During an episode of Keeping Up, when the family traveled to the Dominican Republic for a vacation, Jenner woke up one morning with an inflamed and enormous top lip!
The family matriarch called over Rob and Kim to see what was happening, expecting some sympathy, but instead just got a few laughs. LOL. Kris tried to cover up the mishap later at dinner with some lipstick, but it was too noticeable. Despite speculation that Kris had a filler, it was later confirmed she suffered from a food allergy.

As happy as we are for Kourt and Travis, some of the show's most iconic moments did involve Scott, just like this one. The couple was talking about design choices for one of Scott's projects when Kourtney decided to shut down their conversation by dropping the hilarious "ABCDEFG" line.
Scott quickly questioned Kourtney's use of the phrase, to which she just responded, "It means the convo is done," and that the "G" stands for goodbye! Years later, Kylie spoofed the moment on TikTok with momager Kris Jenner. And well, it still reigns as one of the most iconic moments today.
The Tristan-Jordyn Scandal
Unfortunately, this was not the last of the cheating scandals Khloe Kardashian was involved with. During season 16, Khloe and her family found out that Tristan Thompson and Jordyn Woods were romantically involved with one another. The sisters were all on the phone trying to get to the bottom of things when Khloe said she spoke to Woods.
Khloe asked her what happened, but she told the reality star she couldn't remember if they kissed or not, but she eventually admitted to the cheating. "I'm so heartbroken and so like — what is this? Is this life?" Khloe said. "Right now, I don't feel much of anything. It's like I'm in shock. A lot is happening."
Kim Learns Tristan Cheated Again
A few years after the initial cheating scandal, Thompson proved himself untrustworthy. During an episode of The Kardashians, Kim was the first to find out that Thompson cheated on Khloe and got another woman, just as he had been earning her trust back, and they had agreed to have another baby via surrogacy.
Kim received news of the pregnancy after obtaining legal documents filed by Tristan in a paternity suit. The documents said he had been with Maralee Nichols the night of his 30th birthday, the same night Khloe threw him a party, and he went to Houston to play on the road, confirming the cheating rumors.

Some moments bond a family more than others, and this seemed to be one of them. In the early days of the Kardashian reign, Khloe was put on probation after getting a DUI, missed two court-ordered classes while on vacation in Australia, was kicked out of the program, and violated her parole.
So, Khloe was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and on the drive over, as any sister does, Kim broke out her digital camera and started taking selfies."Kim, would you stop taking pictures of yourself? Your sister is going to jail," Kris says while Kim smiles for the camera. LOL! Khloe was released after two hours.
Scott's Alter Ego Todd Kraines
During season 8 of the reality show, Scott's alter ego, Todd Kraines, was born. As usual, the family was looking for new ways to prank each other, so Kourtney, Kim, and Scott decided it was time to prank Kris. Scott picks up the phone and calls Kris, pretending to be Todd Kraines, a friend of the family.
"Auntie Kris, it's me, Todd Kraines," Scott says into the phone, changing his voice. The joke continued on throughout the remaining seasons of the show and never failed to make everyone break out in laughter. It became so iconic that Kylie released a Todd Kraines-themed lip kit in 2018.

When Kim and Kanye began dating in 2012, the rapper and fashion designer heavily influenced her style for years to come. But it all started back on Keeping Up when we saw Ye and his stylist at the time, Renelou Padora, visit Kim's closet to give it the ultimate makeover.
As excited as Kim was for her beau and fashion expert to come in and clean her closet, she became hesitant after West said they had to "really clean out everything." She couldn't keep a thing! The 818 founder went viral after this one! During an episode of The Kardashians, Kris asked Kendall if she wanted their chef to make her a healthy snack. The beauty guru needed major help with everyday tasks after undergoing Lasik eye surgery. So, Kris handed her daughter a mini bell that she could use to call out for help any time she needed something from her mother! Can we also get one of those? Just wondering.
"She's a bit out of it, so I just want to make sure she's okay because the healthiest thing she can do right now is to get some rest," Kris said. She quickly started using that bell to ask Kris for particular things, like water with no ice and lemon and tacos for lunch. And in true momager spirit, Kris was on it.
Kim Looses an Earring
This may be considered one of the greatest moments in reality TV ever. It all went down when Kim, her then-beau, Kris Humphries, and her family traveled to Bora Bora for another fabulous Kardashian adventure. On vacation, Kris throws his future bride-to-be into the ocean when she suddenly realizes she lost one of her $75,000 diamond earrings.
She begins to cry hysterically when she realizes it's gone and quickly breaks out into one of her classic ugly Kim cries, which later on becomes a viral meme. Kourtney, who always seems to tell it how it is, responds to Kim's misfortune, saying, "Kim, there's people that are dying." And the earring was found a few minutes later.

The number 72 hits differently now. The retired NBA player and reality star were married for just 72 days before deciding to call it quits. Despite their romantic beginnings, the couple seemed to go down quickly. According to a Us Weekly source, they were "not getting along at all."

The SKIMS founder has always gone to great lengths for beauty, admitting, "I love trying anything that makes you look and feel youthful," including the vampire facial! However, Kim has always suffered from her psoriasis despite gracing the cover of magazines, doing endless photoshoots, and even walking down the runway.
Kim tried all sorts of treatments to cure the skin disease and was willing to try anything! After doing some research, she found that breast milk could be an effective remedy. Kylie Announces Her First Pregnancy
Despite all the rumors, Kylie Jenner managed to keep her first pregnancy a complete and total secret until after Stormi was born. She later explained that she decided to keep it a secret because she felt it "was just something that I needed to go through by myself."
She gave birth to her daughter in February 2018 but was, in fact, secretly shooting scenes for Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Once the episodes aired, we saw that she and Khloe were actually pregnant at the same time, with both sisters so excited to be experiencing everything together.

Another legendary moment from the one and only Scott Disick was when he decided to become a lord. That's right! We saw Scott and Rob travel to London, where he became British royalty after purchasing the title online and undergoing an authentic knighting ceremony.
