After rumors sparked last year of a potential falling out, Gomez and Raisa have not been seen together until now. The Only Murders in the Building actress posted a photo on her Instagram stories of her and Raisa wearing matching leopard pumps. Raisa then reposted the picture onto her own Instagram stories and wrote the caption, “No beef. Just salsa. (This was not planned).” More photos were posted as Selena posted a photo of her smiling with a glass of wine at the dinner table. Raisa also reposted a photo from Gomez’s friend, Marie Mingus, that appears to have been taken at the same table. The girls were enjoying a night out in Los Angeles. Hopefully, this means that the former besties are back on again. So, what happened between them?

The singer was in need of a kidney transplant, and it was her best friend Francia Raisa that volunteered to donate one of her kidneys to Gomez. However, things went sour in November 2022 when Gomez did a Rolling Stones interview and said her only friend in the industry is Taylor Swift. When the quote was posted by E! News on Instagram, Raisa commented, “interesting.” Selena seemingly responded to her friend by commenting on a TikTok, “Sorry I didn’t mention every person I know.” The rift between the friends deepened as Raisa stopped following Gomez on Instagram. In a recent podcast, Raisa insisted there was no beef between the two girls.
