Shailene Woodley and Fiancé Aaron Rodgers Spotted at Kentucky Derby

All eyes were on Louisville this past Saturday as millions of viewers tuned in for what is widely known as 'The Most Exciting 2 Minutes in Sports.' And we don't know about you guys, but we were mainly dying to see who wore what. And this year's Kentucky Derby came with some shocking fashion surprises from one of Hollywood's more unlikely couples.
Shailene Woodley and Aaron Rodgers have been turning heads and sparking rumors since their hush-hush romance started earlier in 2020. While fans heavily speculated that love was in the air, the pair kept it under wraps until Aaron's NFL MVP acceptance speech in February. The Green Bay Packers quarterback caaaaasually mentioned being newly engaged and fans went crazy. Shailene Woodley later confirmed the good news during her Jimmy Fallon interview.
With many fans speculating the unlikely match, Woodley threw in her to cents during the interview. When speaking with Fallon, she joked that she "never thought [she'd] be engaged to somebody who threw balls for a living." Safe to say that she's not joining anyone's Fantasy Football Draft. The two, however, are clearly head over heels for each other and we couldn't be more here for it. But all the love has mostly been out of sight and off our feeds, until this past weekend.
Good news came for those of us who were dying to see the pair when they were spotted soaking in all the fun at this past weekend's Derby festivities. The two certainly dressed for the occasion, and we were obviously drooling over Shailene's 'Pretty in Pink' moment. With fans of the couple showing major support, we hope this latest appearance marked a new era for The Mauritanian star and her man.
