Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes might be one of young Hollywood's It couples, but not everything is as perfect as it seems. In fact, one aspect of their relationship is "terrifying," as Camila put it. Here are all of the spooky details.

While appearing on James Corden's The Late Late Show, Camila opened up to the popular host about her beau's interesting (and scary) sleeping quirks. "He's always sleep-talked," she revealed. "But it happened a lot during the pandemic because we were going to sleep together every night. I stay up a little longer than he does; I'll be on my iPad or reading or whatever."

"He's just, like, one of those people who as soon as he gets in bed and five minutes later [he falls asleep]," the Don't Go Yet singer added. "Like, mid-sentence he'll be like, 'And I -," Camila explained as she mimicked how her boo suddenly falls asleep. And while it's been over two years since the pair got together, Cabello is still not used to it.

"I would be reading or something, and he would just start sleep-talking, and it would scare the s**t out of me," the 24-year-old admitted. She added, "Because he'd just be like, 'Baby! That! Feels! So! Good!' and then he'd go back to sleep. This is the first thing he ever said when he slept-talked, by the way. I don't know. I was like, 'Thank you? I'm not really doing anything right now.'"

The starlet then detailed to Corden how Shawn will look her straight in the eyes and speak to her while he's asleep. "Can you imagine the terror of that?" Camila asked James. "I would just be so scared. It's terrifying." We can't blame the girl! We'd get the creeps, too, even if it's the beautiful Shawn Mendes doing the sleep talking. Still, the lovebirds are more in love than ever - even if sometimes things are a little frightening.

But despite being head-over-heels, Camila said she wouldn't have wanted Shawn to play her on-screen love interest for the Cinderella remake. "It would've been weird [if he played the prince] because he's my boyfriend in real life," she explained. "[But] he's the best, and I think we are really supportive of each other and always want to see each other."

You can catch Cabello on the small-screen come September 3 on Amazon Prime Video.
