In times of need, girls turn to each other for a shoulder to lean on. As the media swirls around her divorce, the mom of two stepped out for a night out in the town. She was photographed with none other than her estranged husband’s ex-girlfriend, Taylor Swift. There’s definitely no “bad blood” between Sophie and Tay. The two girls enjoyed a dinner at the famous West Village restaurant, Via Carota, with two other friends. After dinner, Tay and Soph were seen walking arm-in-arm to Temple Bar. According to an Entertainment Tonight source, they stayed at the nightclub for a few hours and left around 11 at night. An eyewitness told the outlet, “Sophie seemed to be happy and enjoying the night. They seemed to be having the best time – they were laughing and chitchatting with the waitstaff and drinking martinis.” What an epic GNO!
While it may seem unexpected that these two are hanging out, they actually have been friends for years. Turner and Swift appeared on The Graham Norton Show together in 2019 and have been linked ever since. We love it! Many fans were shocked by the news of the split between Joe and Sophie. The now-estranged couple married at an impromptu ceremony in Las Vegas at the famed A Little White Wedding Chapel. They exchanged vows hours after the Billboard Music Awards, and the iconic wedding was live-streamed by Diplo. The couple also had a private ceremony in the countryside of France, and share two daughters together. After four years of marriage, they decided to call it quits.
