It may be a new year, but nothing has really changed when it comes to winter fashion. The jacket seen on the bodies of almost every celebrity and influencer last year is back again, taking the world by storm for the second year running. Of course, we are referring to The North Face puffer jacket, adored by the likes of Kendall Jenner, Emily Ratajkowski, and Hailey Bieber. Starting out in 1966, the brand was founded by mountain climber Dough Tompkins when he released his line of functional mountain climbing jackets. By the '90s, the Nuptse North Face jacket was made attractive to the mainstream public with its lightweight feel, extensive color and design range, and timeless style. Take inspiration from these North Face celebrity outfits, and you'll understand all of the (very necessary) hype...

Emily Ratajkowski is here to show the world that when it comes to North Face Jackets, there's no such thing as gender. Feel free to browse the men's side of the North Face store if you're looking for a different color pallet or a more oversized jacket style. Then go full-out with the sports-chic moment, pairing it with a baseball cap and sneakers. If supermodel Emily can do it, why can't we?

Kendall Jenner made a mockery of the no-black-and-brown fashion rule when she stepped out in the chocolate-brown North Face 1996 Retro Nuptse down jacket. The supermodel paired the coat with black jeans, a black hoodie, black Dr. Martens, and black sunnies - making everyone question how they'd never paired the colors together before.

Fashion icons such as Gigi Hadid and Paloma Elsesser prove that the bolder the North Face style, the more powerful the look. Both of them recently stepped out in bright yellow versions of the iconic coat, similarly choosing to lean into the color with even more vibrant accessories and clothing underneath. The Supreme x The North Face collaborations provide plenty of great options for this approach. Check out The North Face website to review the entire catalog and find the look that works for you!
