The beauty and fashion industry has changed before our eyes, and Victoria's Secret has decided to jump on the train of inclusivity. The lingerie brand cultivated an image of elite supermodels for decades. But they have suddenly chosen to drop their former image and embrace a new brand for the company.

The company announced the VS Collective on June 17th, a new platform meant to uplift the voices of their new partners. The new partners will work with VS to "create revolutionary product collections, compelling and inspiring content, new internal associate programs and rally support for causes vital to women." Big change, right? And they lined up just the women for the job. Let's take a look at the founding members.

One of the biggest names to get on board was Priyanka Chopra Jonas. The actress, producer, and entrepreneur was eager to join the cause and get involved. "Representation matters," The White Tiger star shared on Instagram. "It's crucial for us to show everyone ALL over the world that they matter and are seen!" Nick Jonas's wife couldn't hide her enthusiasm. "A new era always brings a sense of freedom, and the opportunity to play a part in shaping the evolution and future success of a heritage brand like Victoria's Secret is so exciting to me," she added. And she wasn't alone in the hype. The other fresh faces of the company had their own thoughts to share.

Megan Rapinoe, a professional soccer player and gay rights activist, was also eager to spread her message. "So often I felt myself on the outside looking in with brands in the beauty and fashion industry," the OL Reign player said. "I'm thrilled to be creating a space that sees the true spectrum of ALL women." Rapinoe was also joined by another athlete, Eileen Gu. Eileen, the recent high school grad and world champion skier joined the collective, with the goal to empower women and shape the future of the brand. These women have got quite the rebrand ahead of them, but they're certainly up for the task.
