Zendaya never fails to blow us away with her beauty on the Red Carpet, and this year's virtual Green Carpet Fashion Awards was no exception. She wore a magical vintage Versace dress that has been worn by other icons for years, and she truly stole the show.

Zendaya's gorgeous dress was made in 1996, the year she was born. She was styled by fashion icon, Law Roach, who said, "I think she's the prettiest girl in the world. The whole look is inspired by '90s supermodels," hence the big hair.
"She was actually born in 1996, so I thought that it'd be fun [for her] to wear something from that year," Roach told British Vogue. "It's taking her back - if Zendaya had been of age then, maybe she would have been a Versace model."
Zendaya's show-stopping gown was first worn by Anna Klevhag in the autumn/ winter Versace runway show in 1996. Other versions of the dress were also worn by Carla Bruni and Naomi Campbell, and Kate Moss once wore the same gown for an ad campaign.
The 24-year-old actress received the Visionary Award, and you could genuinely see the excitement in her eyes when she accepted it. "This is an incredible honor, it means the world to me," said Zendaya in her acceptance speech. "I think fashion has always truly lived in my heart ever since I was very, very young."
"I think it's an art, it's emotion, it's feeling, and to me, through clothes, I've been able to find myself and be more confident in myself... growing into womanhood," Zendaya added. Not only was she honored to receive this award, but also to wear a gown that's so significant in fashion history.
