Dr. Martens & Jonathan Cohen Collaborate on new Eco-Friendly Boots

The New York-based designer Jonathan Cohen has been working hard on bringing us something stunning, fashionable, hot all the while being eco-friendly, over the past year.

Jonathan decided to team up with Swarovski and its upcycling program which uses discarded materials (stop saying ewe, it looks fab!) that's leftover from the premium crystals that an Australian producer makes. Some of you fashionistas might remember Jon's last season collection including the decorated sandals with multicolor crystals- which was a collab with Teva.

Well ladies, get ready because now he is collaborating with Dr. Martens with over 174,000 Swarovski crystals and beads. The N.Y. designer also used the very same recycled material for his skirts, gowns and other customized shoelaces for the boots.

Jonathan Cohen launched his eco-friendly fashion designs back in 2011 already and plans on making more luxurious products for us to enjoy in the future.
